Abstract Artist Featured at Chamber of Commerce Gallery
In the Bucks County world of barns and landscapes, Dorine Lerner turns the tables conceptually on tradition with her highly textured abstract paintings and her dynamic mixed media creations. Her solo exhibition at the Lambertville Chamber of Commerce Gallery will be on view October 3-31, 2019. There will be a public reception with the artist Friday, October 4 from 5:30 – 8:00 p.m.
The Quivering Line Between Art and Design references Lerner’s many years as a clothing designer in the exacting world of New York high fashion. Dorine Lerner lives and works in Bucks County. Her medium is acrylic and paper collage. Lerner’s works have been exhibited nationally, including the Pennsylvania State Museum, the Hunterdon Art Museum, GoggleWorks Center for the Arts, and Phillips Mill. They can also be found in corporate and private collections throughout the country.
